Online Reservation Terms and Conditions

Cancellations: Reservations made and confirmed online must be cancelled 7 days before the reservation date. Cancellations made after 7 days before the reservation date will incur a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the resrvation date and time will incur a charge for the full amount.

Airport Transfer Cancellations: Airport pickups, dropoffs and transfers can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup day and time. Cancellations made the day of the scheduled pickup will incur a charge to equal 50% of the original fee.
